The pomp, the smoke, the mystery….as with the great OZ, so it is today with training and nutrition. It seems that the internet would take the mystery away, but that just hasn’t been the case. Between ‘bro-science’ bodybuilders and the ‘we promise ladies’ on Pinterest, there is more confusion than ever about what to do and how to do it.

For those who are stuck between “where I am” and “where I want to be,” it is time for simple, accessible and affordable fitness and nutrition.

Where do you start? Every situation is different. Some want to join a gym, but don’t know what equipment to use and how often. They may find it a challenge connecting with a young trainer who’s never actually counted a calorie and charges $75 per hour. Some need to exercise at home, and some need a workout they can do while traveling for business.

Each situation has a simple, accessible, affordable solution, and it definitely isn’t rocket science. Here at the SweatShed we want to help you kick start 2015.

6 Weeks to Transformation

First of all you, are going to need to commit to 6 weeks. 6 weeks to establish a new way of looking at food, 6 weeks to get your body responding and going in the right direction.

Secondly, you are going to need a custom meal plan outlining what you need to be eating to be successful. Thats where our in new team member, licensed nutritionist Amanda Naranjo can help.

Thirdly, you will need a training program custom-designed to meet your goals. That is where Mel Ryan and John King come in. NASM certified, nutrition and weight-loss specialists with backgrounds in sporting activities ranging from extreme martial arts to yoga.

Finally, it should be affordable. We know that if we can help you get started and be successful, you’ll be coming back for more specialized training and support. We want to offer you 6 weeks for $60 based upon your priorities. That is a 6 week nutrition plan or a 6 week training program for $60, or both programs for only $120 (that’s the same price as 2 sessions with a personal trainer at your local gym). If you purchase both, then upgrade to our accountability package for only $60 more, and you’ll receive followup and encouragement, as well as video chats with John, Mel, or Amanda.
