Of cause as with everything temper it with your own goals and adjust for how you know your body responds. I remember when first introduce to the Atkins diet I was told I could eat as much as I wanted and lose weight. NOT TRUE BABY, they had no idea how much I could eat 😉 I put on 5lbs in first 2 weeks.
